STEP ONE
Once you enquire, we’ll book in a consultation call to chat through your plans, get to know each other, and see where we can step in to help bring it all together.
STEP TWO
Once you’re booked in, we’ll set up a shared WhatsApp group and give you access to your very own Aisle Planner portal — your digital hub to keep everything organised and stress-free.
Inside Aisle Planner, you’ll find tools to help you stay on top of things as you plan:
• A personalised wedding checklist so you always know what’s next
• A place to store all your supplier contacts
• A handy budget tracker

We’ll meet at your venue, run through your plans, and go over all the important details — from logistics and layout to timings and any personal touches. -
We’ll handle the back-and-forth with your suppliers and venue, confirming everything from set-up times to final plans — so everyone’s on the same page, and you're not having to chase a single email.
STEP FOUR
The Wedding Day.
This is where we step in fully – so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
On the day, we’re there from start to finish, managing supplier arrivals, checking the setup, running the timeline, and making sure everything flows exactly as it should.
From laying out place cards to cueing your ceremony, calming nerves, lighting candles, and keeping everyone in the loop – we’re quietly handling all the moving parts so you and your guests can be fully present.
We work closely with your venue and suppliers to make sure everything is just how you imagined. You’ve done the planning – now it’s your time to take it all in and celebrate.
